Last week I asked, "Does size really matter when selling your home in Miami Springs?"
The answer is unequivocally Yes. Homes in Miami Springs that are Under 1700 sq ft have sold for an average of $265 per square feet. However, homes Over 1700 sq ft have sold for an average of $191 per square feet. So when pricing your home, in Miami Springs size does matter.
As for the overall Miami Springs Real Estate Market, since my las report there has been some activity in the market. There were 3 new listing, 1 closed sale and 1 pending sale and 1 cancelled listing.
