I hope that you were not expecting the end of the 3rd quarter score of a Dolphin game. As the disappointment with this team continues, I could have just said, we are losing and you wouldn’t care about the actual score. Unfortunately, we all know what will be the most probable outcome; another Miami loss.
However, the Miami Springs Market is definitely winning. Houses are selling and they are selling for good (great) prices. From January to September, 30, 2016 there were 93 closed sales reported in multiple listing service. That is an average of over 10 closed sales per month. The average price was $387,979.00. The average size was 1804 sq. ft. and they sold for an average of $215.07.
If you have considered selling, now is a very good time to make your move. There is a lot of uncertainty coming in the months ahead with our economy. There will be interest rate hikes, domestic political changes and plenty of geopolitical challenges.
