I highly recommend using Sean and Charlie for all of your Real Estate needs. We lived locally in Miami Springs and needed to list our house for sale. After interviewing several other listing agents, we decided to go with The Leonard Group and here is why. 1) Speed - We signed the listing agent contract on a Friday morning. That same afternoon Sean recorded the video walk through and drone footage of the house. Saturday morning the professional photographer came to take the photos for the MLS listing. By Tuesday the MLS listing was live, but before then Charlie and Sean also did pre-marketing promotion work.
We had an Open House on Saturday afternoon which resulted in multiple offers. By Monday our house was under contract. 2) Connections in the Springs - While The Leonard Group can represent buyers and sellers in all areas of South Florida, their office is in Miami Springs and they both live in the Springs, so their area of specialty is Miami Springs. Because of this they have a large list of people wishing to sell and buy in the Springs and can make the connection of the two groups happen easily. The day we listed our house Charlie and Sean already had potential buyers lined up to view the property before it was even publicly available on the MLS. 3) Presence - Prior to buying our house we saw numerous listings in various areas of Miami. Unless the property we were viewing was having an open house, not once did the sellers agent meet us and our agent at the property to do a walk through. Nowadays with all of the technology available it is very easy for agents to let the Internet do the work for them.
