During the period of August 3, 2018, through August 10, 2018 there were 3 new listings, 3 closed sales, 2 pending sales,0 expired listings. The pending sales numbers remained the same because the 2 new pending sales were for condos in VG.
The inventory is still tight. A Sellers market!! There are still very good buying opportunities for buyers especially since interest rates remain very good. IT REALLY IS A GOOD TIME TO BUY OR SELL.
